The main objectives are to: (1) Ascertain the extent of adherence, by land-acquiring bodies, to the procedural and substantive provision of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013 for land acquisition in tribal areas. (2) Gain knowledge of the experience of project-affected-Scheduled Tribes families regarding the implementation of the provisions of Chapter V of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013.
