02 Mar 2021
The study is a joint research initiative of The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) and 75F aiming to study the impact of COVID-19 on energy efficiency in the commercial building sector. TERI is an independent, multi-dimensional organization, with capabilities in research, policy, consultancy and implementation. 75F is also an independent organization dedicated to discovering new solutions to old problems and passionate about exploring new and innovative technologies.

This study also aims to find out the impact of occupancy pattern, building operation characteristics (HVAC, Lighting, Ventilation System, etc.) and climatic conditions on building energy efficiency in three different scenarios i.e. Pre-covid, during lockdown and Post-lockdown.
