Presence of Microbial Flora suitable for Microbial enhanced oil recovery (MEOR) application. ii. Ideal nutrient medium and standardization of growth parameters resulting in optimal conditions for MEOR application.
The objectives were:1. Standardization of fermentation conditions to increase the cell density by manipulation of :i. Temperature conditionii. Inoculum densityiii. Agitation2. Standardization and selection of suitable growth factors to achieve higher cell density of at least 108 CFU per ml of sample.3. Following growth factors were tested :
The objective of the capacity building program is to train existing/potential franchisees in the rural electricity distribution business under RGGVY program launched by Ministry of Power, through the creation and dissemination of appropriate training manuals.
The commercial use of biodegradable polymers will reduce the dependence on synthetic polymers and its environmental impacts. Polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) biopolymers are widespread among microbes and are used for storage of carbon and reducing equivalents in intracellular granules.
