Comprehensive study of Hydrology, Climate and Geographical conditions around Mundra Power Station at APMUL, Mundra TPP

15 Nov 2021

The objective of this study is to carry out comprehensive study of water bodies. This will include proper storm water evacuation up to creek area and to suggest possible diversion of rivers and other streams of the region including other infrastructural changes. The study will also include building a base climate model, representative of current conditions (climate and geographic), to be utilized to stimulate projected climate change in temperature, relative humidity, wind, sea level/tidal pattern, precipitation pattern and anticipated infrastructural developments surrounding plant area up to balance life of the plant. Further, objective of the study is risk mitigation and disaster management planning for above mentioned risks.
