The Energy and Resources Institutes (TERI) under the Clean Air Project for India (CAP India) supported by The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation is organising a webinar on 'Restoring Air Quality for Healthy Ecosystem', on the eve of World Environment Day, June 4, 2021 between 3 PM - 4:30 PM.

In line with the spirit of World Environment Day that pushes for a positive change in our relationship with the environment, this event aims to add to it by facilitating valuable discussions and pushing individuals to learn, be accountable, and take concrete actions to restore air quality.

The event will also provide a platform to government officials, educators, students, media persons and environment enthusiasts across the cities of Lucknow, Kanpur, Pune and Nashik to interact with experts on issues related to health and air pollution.

The Clean Air Project in India aims to support the Government of India in its initiative to improve the air quality of four focused cities (Lucknow, Kanpur, Nashik and Pune) resulting in better health and well being of its residents while contributing to environment and climate change mitigation. One of the key components of CAP India project is to sensitize general public about the sources and impacts of air pollution. It aims to disseminate knowledge and foster prolific discussions that translate into concrete actions to combat air pollution.
