The BeEcoMatic workshop is a creative and engaging session designed for students and teachers, providing valuable information about the project. The workshop includes interactive sessions with experts, movie screenings, and hands-on activities. Its purpose is to educate and inspire participants by comprehensively understanding the project's objectives and encouraging active involvement in environmental conservation. This workshop empowers students and teachers to take meaningful action towards creating a sustainable future.

Be-EcoMatic workshops were organized in Jajpur, Sukinda, and Meramandli from 1 Dec - 3 Dec, in West Bokaro & Jharia from 5 Dec - 9 Dec 2022 & in Joda, Noamundi & Khandbond from 21 Dec - 23 December 2022.

Environment Management Committee (EMC) students from all schools across all locations participated in the workshop and a total of 595 students, teachers, TSF SPOCs, guests, and other administrative staff benefitted directly from these workshops.

Subject experts - Mr. Ankit Kumar Rath, Associate Fellow, and Area Convener, Centre for Waste Management, Environment & Waste Management, TERI and Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Atiq, Research Associate, Centre for Waste Management, Environment & Waste Management, TERI interacted with students and teachers along with the TERI team.
