Voices of leading Indian business leaders supporting the ‘Industry Charter for Near Zero Emissions Ambition by 2050’ instituted by TERI

Industry’s role is pivotal in designing and implementing strategies to decarbonize various industrial sub-sectors. Industry Charter for Near Zero Emission Ambition by 2050 has been instituted by TERI. The charter was launched in 2020 with 6 CEOs and it has now grown to 45 signatories of the Indian industry. As part of Charter, signatories have committed to become exemplars of low carbon solutions and implement light house projects. TERI serves a secretariat to the Industry Charter.
