Inputs for NDMA's organisational strategy and roadmap

The project aims to undertake an organizational review of the NDMA which was established through the NDMA Act, 2005. TERI will review the existing structure of the NDMA covering its roles and responsibilities, functions and organizational architecture and identify areas for enhancement towards meeting the mandate outlined under the Act. During the course of the study, stakeholder consultations, secondary literature review and assessment will be carried out and they will form the core approach and methodology of the study. TERI will provide assistance to NDMA in satisfactorily fulfilling its mandate through this review.
