Millets to the Rescue

The National Initiative on Climate Resilient Agriculture (NICRA) vulnerability index maps out climate change-related agricultural vulnerability across districts in India for the period 2021/50. Many of these districts are afflicted with a high prevalence of people who are underweight. The ensuing question then is: what can be done to alter this worrisome overlap?
