TERI in association with the German Development Institute (DIE) and the Galvanizing Groundswell of Climate Action (GGCA) Network is organizing a session focusing on the role and initiatives of the non-state actors in addressing climate change. This session is scheduled on November 5, 2015 from 8:30 AM - 01:00 PM as a part of the EU Switch Asia Networking Event, November 4-6, 2015 at The Lalit Hotel, Barakhamba Avenue, Connaught Place, New Delhi. The TERI Initiatives that will be presented/discussed are the LaBL campaign, Delhi to Paris: the Corporate Vision for India (TERI CBS) and the India GHGP initiative.

The GGCA is a network which is working towards setting up a regular platform for bringing together initiatives of non-state and sub-national actors and set up a formal engagement with the UNFCCC process. It offers us primarily a no-cost platform to showcase TERI's initiatives and in the process plans to build a funded research program on the role of non-state actors.
