Launch of the SNAPFI Study

The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), in association with DIW, Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, and International Climate Initiative (IKI), is organizing a panel discussion with a cross-section of stakeholders including the government, industry, academia and financial institutions on October 13 2022, from 02:00 - 04:00 PM (IST) virtually.

This online event will begin with the launch of the study titled ‘Financing Low Carbon Transitions for India's MSME Sector’, which will serve as the background to panel discussion. This study is supported by a multi-country project Strengthen National Climate Policy Implementation: Comparative empirical learning & creating linkage to climate finance (SNAPFI). The study explores the challenges and opportunities for making financial resources available to the MSMEs in India and mobilizing them towards low carbon transition.
