Mr Venkittu Sundaram is engaged with The Energy and Resources Institute as a Distinguished Fellow. He has been associated and worked with TERI for three years prior to joining as a Distinguished Fellow. Prior to this, he was working as a Managing Director at Suntrace Energy India Pvt Ltd. He also worked for Epuron India as a project developer in the renewable energy sector and across the spectrum of technologies in this sector.
He has also worked with HCC Ltd, India Cements Ltd, and the DCM group of companies and has been in the consulting business, helping several companies with government relations, media, and strategic relations.
With forty years of background in Cricket and being an active sportsman, he has organized five golf events for charity and has provided solar lighting, sanitation, and clean drinking water to a village.
