Despite high court rap, no policy on e-rickshaws

Despite a rap from the Delhi high court over its inability to regulate e-rickshaws, the government seems to be in a state of inertia over a policy on them. After it got TERI to conduct a study on the e-rickshaws, the transport department drafted a policy paper on them. However, the government is yet to take a decision on drafting the policy.
