Premium charges for eco housing at discount: PMC

The standing committee of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has approved a proposal to provide a discount in premium charges for buildings that follow eco-housing norms. The eco-housing assessment criteria have been developed by the International Institute for Energy Conservation, TERI and the Science and Technology Park, University of Pune, under the USAID-GDA sponsored eco-housing initiative.
