Mr Pankaj Munjal on the TERI's report launch of 'Benefits of Cycling in India'

Speaking at the launch of a report on benefits of cycling by TERI, Mr Pankaj Munjal of Hero Cycles rues the lack of strong action by the government to boost the uptake of cycling. Nevertheless, he endorses a few simple ways in which individuals can make a difference to their lives as well as to the environment.
