Effective climate action needs concerted efforts: Dr Praveer Sinha, CEO & MD, Tata Power at Darbari Seth Memorial Lecture 2021

Delivering the 20th Darbari Seth Memorial Lecture, Dr Sinha said that energy transition to cut emissions to net-zero in the coming decades is crucial to prevent dangerous extremes in climate.

"Alarms have rung across the globe with the latest IPCC report. We all need to come together to find a solution to tackle climate change," Dr Praveer Sinha, CEO & Managing Director, Tata Power Company Limited said in the 20th Darbari Seth Memorial Lecture on 'Energy Transition and Way Forward for India' on August 24, 2021.

The Lecture marked the 100th birth anniversary of our founder- Darbari Seth. The event saw the presence of esteemed dignitaries from the government, Tata Group, and fellow business leaders of Mr Seth remembering and honouring the visionary that he was.
