2nd Global Conclave on Plastic Recycling and Sustainability
The Energy and Resource Institute (TERI) as a knowledge partner is participating in the 2nd Global Conclave on Plastics Recycling and Sustainability (GCPRS) international exhibition jointly organized by the All India Plastics Manufacturers’ Association (AIPMA) and the Chemicals and Petrochemicals Manufacturers’ Association (CPMA) from 17th to 20th June, 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, IECC, (Pragathi Maidan), New Delhi.
Plastic is ubiquitous in our current environment and as a resource plays a vital role in a variety of applications across multiple industries. However, the poor mismanagement of plastic waste overshadows its benefits. The GCPRS exhibit by AIPMA is an eventful platform curated to drive trade prospects and business opportunities across sectors and highlight the latest trends, technologies, and innovations promoting plastic recycling and sustainable practices. Especially in an era where the threat from micro plastics pollution and contamination poses a global concern, it is critical to move towards sustainable plastic use. Further, collaboration with other industry players becomes essential to unlock and nurture a market potential for plastic recovery and reuse and foster a circular economy within the plastic industry.
At the Conference, TERI will present innovative sustainable technology and solution practices for plastic manufacturing and waste circularity. As a leading research organization dedicated to sustainable development, TERI aims to highlight a range of key considerations, social transformation and strategic alliance needed to shape sustainable solutions for plastic waste management. TERI will also present their work and efforts towards raising awareness about waste management and circularity.
