Salient Features of TERI’s Smart Controller Laboratory


The Smart-Controller Laboratory at TERI was established with support from the Norwegian Embassy and was recently upgraded under the Indo-US project UI-ASSIST. The state-of the-art infrastructure includes advanced power system simulators, emulators, and real-time embedded controllers. Power system control design and validation including control of Distributed Energy Resources and device testing and performance assessment are among the research focus.
