9th GRIHA Summit 2017: Plenary Session 2 - Sustainability as a Driver for New Ideas

Change and innovation are closely related. The opportunities and possibilities for change through innovation have never been this abundant. A lot of start-ups focusing on environment, waste, water, construction etc. have evolved in India. Sustainability will be a major driver behind innovation in the challenging new world full of opportunities for strategic innovation. Embracing a sustainability agenda can stimulate innovation, pushing companies to rethink their operations, products and business models. "Green products" or "techniques" often refer to products, services or practices that allow for economic development while conserving for future generations. This session will showcase a few of such innovative products and practices.
