India-Bangladesh Energy Relation

Both India and Bangladesh are heavely dependent on outside countries for their oil requirements. One may thus agrgue that there is hardly any scope for trade in oil. On the processing side though, refining is an area wherein, Bangladesh has refining capacity constraints that can be provided by Indian refining capcities.
