Biparental mating and establishment of dihaploid culture for quality improvement in B. juncea

The main objectives of this project are (1) to identify promising low erucic acid/low glucosinolate/double low lines of Brassica juncea in advanced generations, (2) to perform bi-parental mating of selected lines, and (3) to establish anther culture or microspore culture for production of doubled haploids.
