From Vision to Action: TERI’s WSDS Turns 25, Set to Champion Transformations for Sustainable Development

The 25th edition of the World Sustainable Development Summit (WSDS) – the Silver Jubilee edition of the flagship global platform convened by The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) – will commence on 25 February 2026 at Taj Palace, New Delhi, under the umbrella theme “परिवर्तन | Transformations: Vision, Voices, and Values for Sustainable Development.” The Summit will be held from 25–27 February 2026.

Union Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change Shri Bhupender Yadav on 25 February 2025 inaugurated the Silver Jubilee edition of TERI’s World Sustainable Development Summit (WSDS) and Him-CONNECT, a dedicated platform organised by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) to connect researchers working in the Himalayan region with start-ups, industry leaders, investors and policymakers.
