Three-pronged approach to phase out hydrochlorofluorocarbons

Energy experts have identified a three-pronged approach as a key in phasing out the use of hydrochlorofluorocarbons in buildings after workshops by the ozone department of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. The workshops were organised with support from Energy Efficiency Services Ltd (EESL) and TERI.
