The VVIP circuit house in Pune, which was designed by city-based architect Mr Sunil Patil, has received star ratings from the Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment (GRIHA). The circuit house is the first government-owned building in the state to win such prestigious ratings, which were released on the website of GRIHA. The ratings also underscore that the VVIP circuit house building would be consuming very low electricity in the day time and fulfills all the norms of a green building.
