The 17th Darbari Seth Memorial Lecture on 'The Global Energy Outlook and the Increasing Role of India' will be given by Dr Fatih Birol, Executive Director,International Energy Agency. The Lecture will be presided over by Mr RK Singh, Hon'ble Minister of State (Independent Charge) Ministry of Power, and Ministry of New and Renewable Energy.
