The 2nd Future Leaders' Café (FLC) event on the theme 'Sustainability Jukebox' was organized on March 21, 2015 in Pune under the aegis of LEADearthSHIP, a TERI-Tetra Pak Youth Initiative. FLC is an 'unconference' to create a space for the youth for constructive and action-oriented conversations on sustainability and social change. It brings together inspiring examples from a wide range of seemingly disparate fields such as media, technology, art, entertainment, music, business, literature and governance.

The daylong event comprised talks, café conversations, and workshops on social entrepreneurship, leadership, CSR, social activism and film making. The speakers' list included names of the likes of Damodar Mall, CEO, Reliance Retail, Jaideep Gokhale, Communications Director, Tetra Pak South Asia Markets, Saharsh David, Head-Corporate Social Responsibility, Sandvik India, Pratima Joshi, Founder, Shelter Associates, and Manjiri Prabhu, Author & Founder, Pune International Literary Festival. The event was brought to a spectacular end with a drum circle by Taal Inc.

FLC witnessed a participation of around 200 people, including students and professionals from diverse fields.
