Target of 1.5°C global warming 'non-negotiable', says COP28 president designate

In order to support India's high growth, low carbon pathway, the UAE, one of the largest investors in renewable energy, will look into all possible partnership opportunities, according to COP28 president-designate Sultan Al Jaber, who is also the CEO of state oil giant Abu Dhabi National Oil Corporation (ADNOC).
