NMCG-TERI Centre of Excellence Water Reuse (NTCoE) has been jointly established by the National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG) Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Govt. of India and The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI). This Centre aims to bring various stakeholders to a common platform to design and foster research and innovation, including the identification of knowledge gaps and the need for new ideas, supporting targeted research, and spurring and nurturing needed innovation for low-cost, effective and integrated wastewater treatment and water reuse technologies, which could bridge the current treatment gaps, boost treatment efficiency, augment capacities and provide safe treated water for reuse.

Aiming to create and disseminate knowledge, the Centre begins the “NTCoE Lecture Series”, which will have two Thought Leaders and will be conducted in hybrid mode to encourage maximum participation and will be jointly organized by the International Water Association (IWA) as its Knowledge Partner! This association is expected to bring international cooperation, great learning and sharing of good practices and enable having a ‘Water Secure’ World!
