The objectives of the Study are to:

Understand the factors that are impeding adoption of four-wheeled passenger vehicles in Indian cities;

Suggest policy interventions required to increase their adoption.
The focus of the study will be on four-wheeled passenger cars, which include both individually owned and fleet.
