Speaking at a State-level consultative workshop in Karnataka on implications of climate change on water and sanitation organised jointly by the United Nations Children's Fund and TERI, Minister for Rural Development and Panchayat Mr Raj HK Patil said that the present scheme of 1000 pure drinking water units may not suffice for the people in Karnataka.
