In vivo Eco-Toxicity assessment for evaluation of nano-agri-products using nematode and algal cells cultures

Venue: National Centre of Excellence for Advanced Research in Agricultural Nanotechnology, TERI-Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre, TERI Gram, The Energy and Resources Institute, Gual Pahari, Gurgaon Faridabad Road, Gurgaon, Haryana 122 001, India

National Centre of Excellence for Advanced Research in Agricultural Nanotechnology is organising a 2-days training workshop for researchers working in the area of agricultural nano-biotechnology from across the country. The training programme will be conducted by the experienced faculty members of TERI-Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre. The training program will focus on Life-cycle analysis of agriculturally relevant nanoproducts and assessment for potential toxic effect on environmental health, for achieving the ultimate goal of development of safe by design nanoproducts. Training using the standard guidelines to achieve accurate outcomes will be another important highlight of the program, which will help in capacity building for such investigations in the country.
