Job Profile

TERI is looking for a dynamic candidate to join the transport team for projects related to freight decarbonization. The role will involve policy research on road freight sector, including decarbonization strategies, and energy efficiency.
The candidate will be responsible for research analysis, project management tasks, outreach activities, and for providing technical inputs as per the requirements. He/She should have good communication and analytical skills, along-with an interest in the transportation research including energy efficiency, carbon credits, as well as emissions modelling.

Qualification

-Master-s degree in Transport Planning/Economics/Supply Chain Management/any other relevant field with focus on transport or energy economics
Or
-M.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering

Skills

-Collection of primary and secondary data related to freight sector
-Literature review of various national and international reports and papers relevant to assigned project requirements
-Data Analysis
-Engagement with key stakeholders for the execution
