Job Profile

- Isolate, culture, and maintain diverse microbial strains - fungal strains and bacterial strains and to support ongoing research and experimental objectives.
-Optimize symbiotic growth conditions through systematic experimentation, including host plant compatibility studies.
-Design and conduct controlled experiments to investigate microbial associations, nutrient uptake, and plant growth responses.
-Extract and characterize microbial metabolites using standard biochemical and analytical techniques to understand their role in plant-microbe interactions
-Document experimental procedures and results meticulously; maintain comprehensive laboratory records.
-Contribute to the drafting of technical reports, research papers, and scientific publications based on experimental findings.


Experience

0 - 8 Years


Qualification

Masters in Microbiology with at least 70% marks throughout


Skills

- Hands-on experience in microbial culture maintenance
- Hands-on experience on growth optimization studies
- Scientific writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in research environments
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office and email communication
