Job Profile

The Lead (Partnerships and Strategy) will anchor partnership development, strategic outreach, and resource mobilisation for the World Sustainable Development Summit (WSDS). We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong networks, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to conceptualise and drive multi-stakeholder collaborations. The candidate must be strategic, proactive, and confident in representing TERI and WSDS in engagements with funders, corporates, ministries, state governments, philanthropies, bilateral and multilateral organisations, and the diplomatic community

Master-s degree in management- public policy- international relations- environmental studies- or related field (Bachelor-s degree may be considered with additional experience).

Skills

Essential
- Master-s degree in management- public policy- international relations- environmental studies- or related field (Bachelor-s degree may be considered with additional experience).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in partnerships- strategy- fundraising- or stakeholder engagement- including large-format events.
- Demonstrated success in building institutional partnerships and mobilising resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- with the ability to engage and present at high-level forums.
- Proven ability to manage teams- multi-task effectively- and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong commitment to sustainability- climate action- and global development agendas.

Desirable
- Established networks across corporates- philanthropies- governments- bilateral and multilateral organisations- and the diplomatic community.
- Familiarity with international cooperation- global governance processes- and the SDGs.
