Job Profile

- Plan and execute projects end-to-end, including project scheduling, resource planning, site execution, and supervision, ensuring timely completion as per technical specifications and organizational standards.
- To monitor day-to-day site activities and prepare detailed daily and periodic progress reports highlighting milestones, issues, corrective actions, and overall project status.
- To ensure quality control and regulatory compliance by implementing approved quality procedures, safety norms, and technical standards during project execution.
- To coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including industries, private companies, government officials, consultants, and professionals from mining, smelting, and manufacturing sectors, for smooth project implementation.
- To prepare and implement project plans and annual implementation targets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, timelines, and budgetary provisions.
- To actively network with industry professionals through conferences, seminars, and technical forums to stay updated with industry trends and organizational goals.
- To maintain effective communication and coordination among field teams, contractors, authorities, and senior management for efficient project delivery.

2 - 5 Years

Qualification

- A Master-s / Bachelor-s Degree in Civil/Environment /Mechanical Engineering with advance technical skills or Diploma in Environment /Civil Engineering with at least 5 year experience in the same field.
- Knowledge and proven experience in managing field operations.

Skills

- Capability for planning of projects- QC/QA Plan- scope of work for projects including costing and billing of work done.
- Managerial skill to manage site activities including other local issues arises during execution of project.
- Good English and Hindi communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with relevant computer applications (MS Excel- Word- PowerPoint etc.)
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to multi-task- think strategically and display a strong solution-oriented approach.
- Should be able to work independently and with the existing technical team to make sure projects are translated towards the market.
- Stay updated with the new research and development ongoing in the industry and contribute to the continuous improvement of TERI-s portfolio.
