Job Profile

-Design and oversee experimental plans related to PCB remediation strategies.


-Lead microbiological, molecular, and analytical investigations within the project.


-Supervise laboratory operations and ensure quality control of experimental procedures.


-Guide and mentor junior researchers.


-Interpret complex datasets and contribute to high-impact scientific publications.


-Coordinate field studies, stakeholder interactions, and interdisciplinary collaborations.


-Contribute to project management including progress tracking, reporting, and deliverable submission.


-Assist in proposal development and identification of future funding opportunities.


-Ensure adherence to biosafety, laboratory standards, and institutional guidelines.

Qualification

- Ph.D. in Life Sciences/Environmental Science (Awarded) OR /M.Tech (Biotechnology) / M.Sc. in Life Sciences/Environmental Science/ Microbiology or equivalent with minimum 4 years of research experience.

Skills

- Strong background in Microbiology and Molecular Biology
- Hands-on experience in Analytical Chemistry (GC- HPLC- etc.)
- Experience in research project management and laboratory supervision
