Resource Efficiency & Governance

Job Profile

-Conduct policy research and technical analysis on sustainable resource management, circular economy, biomass utilization, and agricultural sustainability.
-Support the design, implementation, and analysis of research projects related to resource governance, sustainability transitions, and integrated resource management frameworks.
-Undertake literature reviews, policy assessments, and evidence synthesis to support project objectives and policy development.
-Assist in stakeholder mapping, consultations, surveys, and engagement activities involving government agencies, research institutions, industry representatives, and civil society organizations.
-Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify governance challenges, sustainability trade-offs, institutional barriers, and policy opportunities.
-Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, policy briefs, research papers, presentations, and other knowledge products.
-Support the development of evidence-based policy recommendations, governance frameworks, and implementation strategies for sustainable resource management.
-Assist in project coordination, documentation, and communication of research findings to diverse stakeholders.
-Contribute to research initiatives on sustainable agricultural-food systems, biomass governance, and circular economy approaches.
-Support dissemination activities, including publications, workshops, stakeholder consultations, and knowledge-sharing events.

Qualification

-MA/MSc with specialization in Public Policy- Environmental Studies- Economics- Development Studies- Natural Resource Management- Agriculture- Energy Studies- or related discipline.
-Minimum six months experience in policy research- sustainability- resource governance- circular economy- agriculture- energy- or environmental policy through academic projects- internships- or professional engagements.
-Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods- stakeholder engagement- and policy analysis.
