Sessions by experts on sustainable development, leadership, CSR, conflict resolution, team work and project management were conducted. The classroom sessions interspersed with visits to organizations, schools, social experiments and enterprises.

It also aimed at creating an interface of purposeful dissemination of ideas within the team. Dr. Annapurna Vancheswaran welcomed the LEADearth Fellows and motivated them to put on their thinking hats and accelerate to the fullest to become leaders of a better tomorrow. The programme had sessions on various interlocking themes pertaining to project management like professional writing, practical solutions for organizing an event, its branding and above all making it count. Subsequent to this, a group activity on pitching one’s project was also undertaken.
