P Anima has been a journalist and communications specialist for over 17 years and is currently the Media and Communications Lead at The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI). As a journalist, she has covered climate change and its impacts, and as a communications professional at TERI, she is engaged in creating a sustained and effective narrative on sustainability, climate change and renewable energy in the public domain. Through the multiple channels of mainstream and social media, as well as audio and visual content, she works to take TERI’s cutting-edge research and expertise to stakeholders, the media and the public.
An alumna of University of Hyderabad and Asian College of Journalism, Chennai, she worked with The Hindu group for over 16 years, extensively covering issues related to climate change, gender, archaeology and books. She is the recipient of the Laadli Award 2017.
