Qualification

For Research Associate:
- Master-s degree (M.Tech / ME / MSc) in Mechanical / Thermal / Energy / Climate-related fields OR M.Arch (Sustainable Architecture preferred)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience. (or strong academic research/thesis work in cooling/climate)

-Basic understanding of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) systems
-Familiarity with energy efficiency- cooling technologies- climate change- and GHG emissions
-Exposure to data analysis and technical research
-Strong analytical- problem-solving- and literature review skills
-Ability to synthesise insights with high attention to detail and data accuracy
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to simplify and present complex technical concepts clearly
-Strong organisational- coordination- and time management abilities
-Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in teams
-Willingness to travel for fieldwork and stakeholder engagement
-Fluency in English; knowledge of an Indian regional language
