Javadekar asks corporates to invest in innovation

Union minister Mr Prakash Javadekar has urged corporates and entrepreneurs to invest in innovation and technology to ensure energy efficiency and recycling of water, which he said will reduce carbon emissions. The minister was addressing a gathering at TERI Leadership Summit through a recorded message. In his address, TERI Director-General Dr Ajay Mathur said that there is an urgent need for the pace and scope of the clean energy activities of Indian corporates to accelerate so as to lead alignment with the country's climate change commitments.
