First part of TERI's survey of Indian cities released
TERI released the findings of the Mumbai Chapter of its environment survey on 7 May 2013. The sample size of the survey was 1010 and the respondents were distributed across different age groups, occupation, education and income levels. It aimed to gauge people's perception, behavior, awareness and opinions pertaining to various environmental issues.

Under the Solar City Program of Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, TERI prepared master plan to make Chandigarh a Solar City with support from Chandigarh Renewable Energy Science and Technology Promotion Society (CREST). Sustainable Urban Planning Sustainable Urban Planning attempts to clarify the planning process and sets a broad framework of urban planning in the country.
