Description
The scope of this study will cover the following:
Preparation of questionnaire covering inter alia dimensions of customer aspirations from RECPDCL with reference to its peers operating in the power sector viz. third party inspection, DPR preparation, services provided, promptness and quality of service, available product range, and flexibility in its offerings vis-a-vis rate, terms and conditions product, customer relations, and customer retention after services etc.
Sampling and subsequent compilation of responses to the questionnaire received from RECPDCL's customers.
Drawing conclusion/outcome of the study using quantitative tools like correlation analysis/variance analysis/regression analysis etc., profiling of the customers in order of ranking vis-a-vis their satisfaction derived from the study analysis and findings.
