Note: The registration fee does not include: the cost of excursion on 9 January 2013, accommodation and transportation. A local service tax @ 12.36% has also been included for all costs other than IMS membership.

3) Visa Details
Citizens of all countries require a valid passport and an appropriate visa. Visa must be obtained abroad from an Indian Mission. If any foreign delegate is attending the conference, approvals from Nodal Ministry, MHA and MEA need to be taken. To get visa for participants from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, and foreigners of Pakistan origin settled in other countries, the information on the particular format to be given and sent to ICOM Secretariat at least 10 weeks before the commencement of their travel.
