Registration

Registration Fee

The registration fee covers the conference kit, conference proceedings, lunches, dinner and tea. The registration fee does not include boarding and lodging charges.

* Additional registration from the same organization qualifies for 10% discount
* Regular students (PhD and masters), accompanied person, and foreign delegates from other developing countries qualify for 20% discount
* Registration fee is non-refundable. Substitutes are permitted
* Fee is on non-residential basis
* Confirmation of registration is possible only if the registration form is received duly filled with the registration fee.

Cancellation policy

Registration is non-refundable. Substitutes are permitted but we would like to be advised of any changes before 31 December 2010

All foreign participants are required to take a valid visa from Indian authorities in their respective countries.
