The International Conference on Digital Library Management (ICDLM) 2011 was held at Science City Auditorium, Kolkata, from 11-13 January 2011. The conference was jointly organized by The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) and Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation (RRRLF). This prestigious event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Prof Tapan Ray Choudhury, Former Professor and Director, Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. Shri K K Banerjee, Director, RRRLF and co-organizer, welcomed participants and introduced the ICDLM on 11 January 2011, followed by an address by Shri Ardhendu Sen, Distinguished Fellow, TERI and former Chief Secretary, Government of West Bengal. Shri Shahid Hasan, Associate Director, Knowledge Management Division, TERI, proposed the vote of thanks.  A conference proceeding was also released during the inaugural session.
