Registration fee

The registration fee covers the conference kit, conference proceedings, lunches, dinner and tea. The registration fee does not include boarding and lodging charges.

- Registration fee is non-refundable. Substitutes are permitted.
- Fee is on non-residential basis.
- A group of five or more delegates from a single organization is entitled to a 10% discount.
- Confirmation of registration is possible only if the registration form is received duly filled with the registration fee.

Visa requirement
All foreign participants are required to take a valid visa from Indian authorities in their respective countries except participants from Nepal and Bhutan.
