Training of Trainers Workshop

TERI organized a Training of Trainers 2 (ToT 2) Workshop in Pride Plaza, Aerocity from December 6 to 14, 2016 along with AREC (Austria Recycling) and STENUM Asia.

The workshop was organised as part of the on-going European Union's SWITCH-Asia funded METABUILD project (2016-2020), with an aim to impart hands-on Resource Efficient Cleaner Production (RECP) training to over 26 participants from Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.

The 9-day workshop included seminars, group activities, discussions, and on-site visits to metal-finishing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and TERI Gram for showcasing RECP implementations. The METABUILD project will cover over 400 metal finishing SMEs across Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka for implementing RECP.
