India-Japan Seminar

To focus on enhancing technology cooperation and business opportunities between India and Japan in the fields of in energy and environment , TERI (The Energy and Resources Institute), in association with NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization), Japan, and JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization), is organising the India-Japan Industry & Energy Seminar on May 1, 2018 at Hotel Taj Diplomatic Enclave, New Delhi.

The seminar will provide an excellent opportunity for dialogue and knowledge sharing among Indian and Japanese stakeholders in energy and environment. It will also provide opportunities for companies to contribute to the ‘Make in India’ initiative of the Government of India. In addition, there will also be sessions on 'Clean Air India: Technological Options and Emission Improvement' and 'Concept of Virtual Power Plant by using Electric Vehicles' at the event.

Over 300 participants, including around 100 experts from Japan, are expected to attend the daylong event.
