The Pembina Institute brought out a
user's guide to provide Canadian companies and potential project
hosts in developing countries with information needed to develop
CDM projects, and steer them through the approval process. It covers
the international rules governing the CDM, the role of CDM financing,
special features of energy efficiency projects, and simplified procedures
for small-scale projects.
